Blind tasting: do you eat with your eyes or your mouth?

This project explores how visual presentation influences the way we feel and value what we eat, revealing that colors, shapes and textures also feed the soul. Gastronomy thus becomes an artistic language capable of surprising, exciting and captivating. An invitation to look at cooking with new eyes, to discover how visual power can transform a simple meal into a work of art. “Do we really eat with our eyes or with our mouths?” A question that invites us to reflect on the link between sight, taste and emotions, and to recognize the essential role of aesthetics in the gastronomic experience.
